Cabbage Pakoda is a simple appetizer recipe that involves deep frying chopped cabbages with gram flour or besan.

Ingredients:
1.Cabbage -2 cups finely cut
2.Besan flour – 1/2 cup
3.Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
4.Carom seeds – 1/2 tbsp
5.Cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
6.Rice powder -1 tbsp
7.Salt – 1/2 tbsp
8.Oil for frying

Methods:
1.Mix cabbage besan flour red chilli powder,carom seeds,cumin seeds rice powder and salt.
2.Add little water and hot oil 3 tbsp so that it forms just moist mix
3.keep oil for hot,take small portion and leave it in hot oil
4.Fry untill golden brown it usually forms irregular shape.
