Healthy Multigrain Dosa recipe

Here is a easy and healthy dosa recipe with multigrains. You can add more healthy grains for making this easy dosa recipe.

Ingradients:

Corn – 1/2 cup

Ragi – 1/2 cup

Barley – 1/4 cup

Oats – 1/2 cup

Rice – 1 cup

Blackgram – 1/4 cup

Rice Flakes – 1/4 cup

Fenugreek – 2 tsp

Salt – 1-2 tsp

Ghee – 1/4 cup

Method:

Soak all the ingradients excluding methi in double amount of water for 6 hours. Soak fenugreek or methi seeds seperately for atleast 12 hours. Now grind all the ingredients to a nice paste and keep it for fermenting for atleast 6 hours.

After fermentation of batter add salt and with the help of deep spoon make dosa on flat tawa.

Add little ghee while dosa is getting cooked, you can close a lid over the dosa. Thesehealthy multigrain dosas can be served  with coconut chutney and chutney powder.

Tips:

While making dosa sprinkle little water on hot tawa and wipe with a dry cloth and make dosa, this makes the colour and texture of dosa uniform.
