1.Palak leaves – 1 bunch
2.Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200gm
3.Water 4-5 cup
4.Cream – 2 tbsp
5.Oil – 4 tbsp
6.Cumin – 1tbsp
7.Cloves – 5
8.Cinnamon- 1 inch
10.Bay leaf – 1
1.Clean the spinach remove the end part of Stalk
2.keep water for boiling
3.Put palak into water let it boil for 5 min till color changes to dark green
4.Remove the palak and put it in cold water which helps to retain the palak natural color.
5.Put palak,ginger into mixer jar and blend it until it becomes sooth paste.
- Cut the paneer into cubes and roast it in frying pan by adding butter , keep separate.
7.Add jeera,cardmom ,bay leaf,cloves let it roast for a while.
8.Then put the blend palak ,roasted paneer,salt let it boil for 5 min.
- Lastly put malai or cream from top which adds additional aroma to palak paneer.
