Palm Sugar steam cake

This recipe of palm sugar steamed cake is incredibly simple and is perfect in taste! Its too soft, extremely juicy, and Smokey in flavour.

Ingredients:

250 grm Wheat flour(Low protein)

250 grm Palm sugar (Jageri)

250 ml Coconut milk

3 spoons Vegetables oil

1 tsp backing powder

1 tsp backing soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

Method:

Step 1:

Boil coconut milk and palm sugar stir mix well, strain and let’s them cold.

Step 2.

Mix dry ingredients wheat flour, soda, Backing powder, vanila, salt.

Step 3

Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth.

Pour into paper cup and steam for 15-20 minutes.
