Peanut laddu is a sweet preparation which is healthy and protein rich. This peanut laddoo can be made with few ingredients and tastes yummy.
1.Groundnut or Peanut – 250 gm
2.jaggery -200 hm
3.Cardmom – 2 pods
4.Ghee – 3 tbsp
1.Dry roast the groundnut until the skin falls off on rubbing.
2.Rub the roasted groundnut on palm and remove the skin.
3.Cut the jaggery into small peices.
4.Grind the groundnut ,jaggery pieces,cardmom into fine paste.
5.The oily nature of groundnut mix well with jaggery and forms lump that makes easy to make laddus.
6.Start making small laddus by applying little ghee
