Rasam powder

This recipe of preparing rasam powder is easy to make and healthy too, try it, store it and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1. Methi seeds – 1/2 tbsp

2. Jeera -1tbsp

3. Coriander seeds – 1/4 th cup

4. Red chillies -15-20

5. Curry leaves handful

6. Turmaric powder – 1/2 tbsp

7. Hing powder – 1/4 tbsp

8. Black pepper – 1 tsp

9. Coconut Oil/Ghee – 1 tsp

Method :

  1. On low flame roast red chillies with little oil/ghee and set aside.
  2. Now roast other ingredients till a pleasant aroma. Let all these ingradients to cool down.
  3. Now blend all to a nice powder, store in a jar.
  4. Rasam powder is ready which will stay fresh for 3 months.
