Raw Mango Gojju

Enjoy this easy to make healthy mango recipe with raw mango, mango gojju is easy to make and very tasty and it is good with rice, roti etc.,

YIELDS  1 Serving
PREP TIME 15 mins   COOK TIME 15 mins   TOTAL TIME 30 mins

Ingredients:

 1 Raw Mango
 3 Red chillies
 1 tsp Urad Dal
 1 tsp Mustard seeds
 1 stick Curry leaves
 1 tsp Coconut oil
 1 tsp Salt

Method:

1. Cook the raw mango until it becomes soft
2. Add coconut oil in a pan, mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves. stir it for 2 minutes
3. Grind the cooked mango.
4. Pour the mango pulp into frying pan and cook till it get mixed.
5. It goes well with rice and chapati

    • The ingredient used here is raw mango or not ripe mango.
