Methi thepla is Indain flatbread made with wheat flour and methi leaves which is a healthy and delicious breakfast.
1.Wheat flour -2 cups
2.Besan flour -1/2 cup
3.Methi leaves -1 finely chopped
4.Curd -1/4 cup
5.Green chilli – 3
6.Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp
7.Carom seed -1/2 tbsp
8.Cumin seed – 1/2 tbsp
9.Coriander leaves few
10.Salt – 1/4 tbsp
11.Oil for roasting
1.Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and make a soft dough by adding little by little water.
2.Make small size 8 balls out of dough.
3.Roll the balls like chapati into round shape.
4.Roast the thepla on hot tava both sides with oil.
5.It can be served with green chutney
