Soya chaap stick is perfect in taste and very easy to make. Being a rich source of protein, they are also very healthy.
- Soya bean – 1/2 cup
- Soya chunks – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
1.Soak soya bean overnight .
2.Soak the soya chunks in boiled water for 5 – 10 min until it becomes soft.
3.. Blend both soaked soya bean and chunks to fine paste.
4. Mix wheat flour and blended paste salt and knead well, make a soft tight dough.
5. Make a small balls out of big dough and roll thin like chapati.
6.Cut into long strips.
7.Take a long strip and roll it to icecream sticks diagonally and press the ends.
8.Once all sticks are ready boil it in water for 15 min then dip it in cold water and let it cool.
9. Soya chap are ready ,it can be used for soya chap curry or soya chap gravy masala.
