Stuffed mirchi (chilly) a tasty side dish goes well with rice, roti, chapati and Paratha, which is stuffed with spices and stir fried.
1.Large green chillies -6
2.Besan flour – 1/2 cup
3.Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
4.Garam masala -1/2 tbsp
5.Coriander powder -1/2 tbsp
6.Cumin powder -1/2 tbsp
7.Turmaric powder -1/2 tbsp
8.Oil -4 tbsp
9.Salt to taste
10.lemon juice – 1tbsp
1.Wash the chillies and slit in centre and keep aside.
2.Roast the besan flour in 2 tbsp oil until the colour changes or aroma
3.Add all the ingredients to the roasted besan flour except oil
4.Mix well so that there should not be any lumps
5.Adding little water make thick paste
6.Fill the paste in slit chillies
7.Keep the chillies in hot tawa and Pour remaining oil and fry both sides by gently flipping both sides.
