Tomato soup

Tomato soup is a healthy deliciuos easy to make good recipie during winter.

Ingredients:

1.Tomato – 4

2. Butter – 2 tbsp

3. Pepper – 1 tbsp

4. Jeera powder – 1 tbsp

5. Salt – 1/2 tbsp

6. Fresh cream – 3 tbsp

7. Coriander leaves – few

8. Corn flour – 2tbsp

METHOD :

1. Wash the tomato cut them into small pieces.

2. On the other hand take pan add 2 tbsp ghee, add pepper and jeera powder then tomatoes

3. Saute for 2 min till it becomes soft.

4. Blend the tomato into puree, and strain it.

5. Add 2 tbsp ghee and corn flour into that ,saute for minute until aroma comes .

6. Then add tomato puree ,salt and 2 cup of water boil for 3 minute.

7. Finally add fresh cream and coriander leaves from top and serve it.
