1.Cooked rice – 250gm
2.Carrot – 2
5.Green peas – 1/4 cup
6.Cabbage – 1 cup finely chopped
7.Soy sauce -2 tbsp
8.Salt – 1 tbsp
9.Pepper -1/2 tbsp
10.green chillies – 4
11.Ginger -1 inch piece
1.Once the rice is cooked pour water and strain it so the rice remains unsticky.
2.Wash and chop all the vegetables into small cubes
3.Slit the chillies in between.
4.Cut the ginger lengthwise.
5.Crush the pepper into powder and keep ready.
6.Add oil into heavy bottom pan.
7.Add ginger saute for a while then add all the veggies salt,soy sauce, and fry it nicely.
8.Lastly add cooked rice and pepper powder from top.
9.Stirr it gently so that rice mixes well with veggies.
10.Serve with tomato sauce.
