Vegetable soup is healthy, easy to make, and good starter during winter goes well with masala papad.
Ingredients:
1.Carrot -1
2.Capsicum – 1
3.Green peas – 3 tbsp
4.Corn -3 tbsp
5.Ginger-1 inch
6.Beans -5
7.Cabbage – 3tbsp (finely chopped)
8.Pepper powder -1/2 tbs
9.Jeera powder -1/2 tbsp
10.Corn flour – 2tbsp
11.Oil/Butter -2tbsp
12.Salt -1/2 tbsp
Method:
1.Wash and finely chop all the vegetables.
2.Take a pan add oil/butter, grated ginger then add all vegetables one by one sauté for 5 minutes.
3.Pour 4-5 cups of water and salt, let the vegetables boil.
4.Make corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour in 1/4 cup of water, mix until no lumps.
4.Finally add jeera, pepper powder. Boil for another 3-4 minutes.
